This place is my go-to stay. I keep coming back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen stuff. The staff is amazing, they once found my lost ID card. Can't wait for my next trip!

I recently stayed at a modern flat in the city centre of Aberdeen for a work trip. The host provided clear instructions for key pick-up and was always quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and well-maintained, with towels and toiletries provided. I appreciated the informative binder with tips on local attractions. The bed in the spacious bedroom was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location was central, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

The location of the Modern Flat In Rosemount/City Centre was perfect, right in the heart of the town center and within easy walking distance to everything. This made exploring the city a breeze and saved me a lot of time and effort. The property itself was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic large TV on the wall. It provided a great atmosphere for winding down after a long day of sightseeing or work. The property also had good information available, which was helpful for planning my activities. I had a positive experience.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. The entrance hallway was in need of upgrading, and I struggled with a broken step halfway up the first flight of stairs, especially when carrying my suitcase.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic large telly on the wall. The location was perfect, very central, and the host provided clear instructions and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider selection of toiletries, including shower gel, body lotion, and shampoo. It would be a nice touch to have these amenities readily available for guests.

This place was an absolute game-changer for my work trip! The property was spotless and had all the essentials like wi-fi, an electric kettle, and cookware. The super comfy bed in the bedroom I used was like sleeping on a cloud. And let me tell you, the shower was mind-blowing! The living room was great for relaxing after a long day, and the flat-screen TV was a fantastic touch. The host was incredibly helpful, with clear instructions for getting the keys and a quick response to any questions. They even left towels and toiletries for us! The location was jaw-droppingly central, and the binder full of fun things to do in the area was a game-changer. The only downside was that the outside of the windows could have used a good clean, but that was a minor blip in an overall fabulous stay. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Absolutely loved it!

The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven and microwave, making cooking a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Personally, we found the bathroom a bit small, but that's just our preference. Others might still find it perfectly fine.
